I read Edward Weston - The Early Years last year and I am reading it again right now.
If you have not read this book before, then I highly suggest putting it on your list. I come away from every reading session inspired and charged up. I am learning a lot about the gaps that I didn't know about and I am really enjoying the book.
Let me know if you have read or plan on reading the book and share your thoughts.

I read this book last year after it came out. It's a great book not only for some of his earlier work (like his pictorlism) but a look at him in his earlier life. I have multiple books on Weston (EW: Life Works, The Last Years in Carmel, Daybooks) and this book compliments them and helps provide more information about the man. I need to re-read it.

I really like this book. I am on my third read since it came out. I also recently found "Edward Weston on Photography" which is a jewel. Some very interesting parts to this book. An editor basically took a lot of Edward's personal notes/writings and put them in this book. I found some gold nuggets in here that I am implementing. Tim
